About Us

FiveStar Business Equipment and Communications is a locally based company owned and managed by Daniel Streatfield. We are now approaching completion of our seventh year. During this period FiveStar acquired another local office equipment company, JPOS.

Working from the old premises offered excellent access and exposure. Daniel with his 15 years of industry experience has continued to grow his company by marketing a specialised range of office equipment products.

In addition to Daniel’s management of both the sales and service aspects of Five Star, his team consists of four factory trained technicians associated with all product lines and their networking requirements, one sales representative, and two administration personnel.

Major product lines today centre on Konica Minolta multifunction photocopiers, a range of major suppliers’ printers, and facsimile machines and consumables.

Due to the geographical nature of the region covered by Five Star in their marketing and service capacities, regular service call cycles are managed on a 4-6 week region pattern.

FiveStar’s Multifunction products offer a copying, printing, scanning, and faxing centre, as well as black & white and colour reproduction in conjunction with user friendly software packages offering users a range of opportunities for internal and external applications.
